Our oven is older, and I am currently making a cheesecake, and it is baking right now. I am using the cheesecake supreme recipe from CC.
My question is that the recipe asks that you bake for an hour at a very low temp.... My oven automatically defaults to be 325 degrees, and you can turn the darn thing up, but not down.
Is my cheesecake doomed?
