Just wondering if anyone has found a knife/carving tool that they love for cutting small details in fondant? I've been looking for something less cumbersome than the Pampered Chef pearing knives that I have been using up to this point.
I use an exacto blade... the type you get at the craft/hobby store. It's great for fine detail.
I also use an Xacto knife. Must make sure you wipe it off between cuts so fondant doesn't accumulate on the blade.
