Hi. I just bought isomalt today from a cake supply store in Manhattan, NY. Sorry, I know you guys live in other places but I wanted to share the info w/ anyone who lives in my surrounding areas. I got 1 1/2 pounds for 13.99. If anyones needs more info let me know.

I have been looking for it also - no one in central Ohio sells it. Online I have found it at countykitchen sa.com (3.85 for 1 lb + shipping) and at GSA (4.99 lb. + shipping) Both places are wonderful and ship quickly.

You also might be doing well to ask your cake supplier if they know any place in your town that DOES have it. Most places can tell you who does have it, if they don't.
