I cannot find any info for "Filling chart". Do you have any idea how much filling (Bavarian creme) I will need for 14" round 4" high (3 layer)??? The recipe I will use makes 4 cups.

Do you plan to tort it and then do a BC dam? I am just guessing, but I think you may need 2 recipes. I am guestimating at least a cup and a half per layer.

The chart from country kitchen sweetart says for a 10" round use 1-1/4 cups and for a 7" round 2/3 cups. I'm thinking, double the 7" amount per layer.

Ladycakes' site has a filling chart, among other useful information http://www.ladycakes.com/filling_chart.htm The amounts will need to be tripled if you're doing three layers of filling.
