I made vanilla cupcakes from the Planet Cake book yesterday, and to be quite honest I wasn't impressed. They were very heavy and seemed far too airated. Any ideas? I have seen the posts looking for the perfect vanilla cupcake, so know I am wondering whether its the recipe or me
Thoughts?

Honestly, some of the recipes I try just turn out like that. And I hate it! I just kind of toss it aside and wonder why anyone would want to eat that and how in the world it got to be in a book, etc.
