Try Wilton's Sky Blue.

Have to agree, but start off with a little at a time until you match your shade. Remember color does get darker after a few hours.

I need the same color...I came close with some royal blue and kelly green...just mix a little at a time until you get the color you need...

I just made a cake with that required Tiff blue and I used sky blue a little at at a time and received the perfect match.

I use Wilton Sky Blue and a little bit of Leaf green...i put it next to the Tiffany box i have and it matched perfectly, i didn't even have to mix that much!
