HI,I'M NEW IN THIS FORUM,BUT I HAVE A 911 QUESTION,HOW MANY BAGS(MARSHMELLOW BIG ONE)I NEED TO COVER A 6"-8"-10" AND 14 ,THANK YOU icon_redface.gif

16 oz mini marshmallows is enough to cover an 8 inch cake (I believe). So...if I am doing the math right...12 oz for 6 inch cake, 20 oz for 10 inch cake, and 28 for 14 inch. HTH.

If you're talking about making MMF, I would always try to make extra. I find that most of time when I make MMF it comes out the same, but every now and then, it'll come out with a bad consistency. The other reason I always make extra is because I feel like those measuring circles are not always accurate and I'm always short on one side!

4 recipes should do it I think. Because you are using less on the smaller cakes and you will be using more on the larger cakes. Do not try and make different sized recipes... just one recipe with the standard amounts X's 4. thumbs_up.gif
