I am at a loss. This is the 1st time I used an edible image and I think I did something wrong! I peeled the backing off, as instructed and placed the image on the cake. Here's the thing, the image looks like there might be a sheet of paper on top too? Like there is a circle around the image and then a different color circle around that. Am I supposed to try to peel something else????? I tried to see if the two colors would separate and got night. It feels really thick (the image). Did I do this right???PLEASE HELP!

I print my own images at home and I only have to peal it off 1 layer of plastic. Let me give you a bump maybe someone else can help you.

Good luck!!

I've only used an edible image once. I got it from Walmart. I just peeled off one layer from the back and put it right on the cake. It was kind of thick feeling. So it sounds to me as if you are doing it right.

Yeah mine are thick as well. Did you print it or buy it? Can you post a picture?
