I have a 4 quart Kenmore stand mixer my grandfather gave to me. Can I make Sharon Zambito's buttercream in this mixer and get similar results?

Yes. Run a search in the forums for "sugarshack BC" or "sugarshack buttercream." there are a ton of threads about how to adjust it for different size mixers. good luck! it's the best BC recipe I've found.
