ok. my almost 15 yr old cousin is really into the dance dance revolution game and i decided to make a cake based on that. that said, my design was to make a 3-D tv with a screen shot on the "tv screen". i was thinking that usuing a loaf pan to make 2 cakes and then stack them would give me a good base for the tv cake, but i'm not sure how a white cake will turn out in a loaf pan, or if it will turn out at all. has anyone ever baked a regular cake in a loaf pan? any advice would be great! thanx!

If you go to Allrecipes.com and look under cake conversions, you should be able to get all the information you need. Sometimes these involve just adjusting the temperature and timing. You should have no problems.
