When I see the cupcakes that are being sold in cupcake bakeries across the country, they seem to be slightly larger than the standard size and just smaller than the jumbo size cupcake/muffin pans that I have. I have a big order for cupcakes coming up and Id like to be able to offer a slightly larger sized cupcake without having to pile on too much buttercream on top. Id like to order some new pans but before I do, can any of you recommend a size/style?
Also, where can I get baking liners in bulk?
