my cupcakes keep shrinking away from the cases and look so messy - they still taste good though!
Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening or why it is happenening?
i made two different recipies and it happened to both batches.

cases? you mean the cupcake liners?

usually, this happens when you leave the cupcakes in the tin to cool. try taking them out the tin a bit sooner, dont let them cool in it.
