I need to make a carribean fruit cake and Ice it.
These cakes will be 14" round 2 layer I need to do 2 / 2layer cakes
but I have no idea how to ship this from Texas to New York City.
Can I even decorate these cake, I have no idea what to do.
Help me Please this needs to deliver by July 17.

who is it for? if its for a proper customer, i wouldnt do it. if its for family, id be happy to take my chances - they will probably be happy to eat cake crumbs if something does happen!
shippng by usual post doesnt usually work out well - theres lots of evidence in the disasters gallery, and a lot of posts too.
shipping my door to door courier just works out as really expensive!
