I want to make a zebra print cake. Those who have made them, how do you make the prints? Is there a zebra pattern somewhere?

When I did my Zebra cake I looked up zebra print graphics and then just decided that it would be easier to just freehand it. I rolled out some fondant and used a pizza cutter and just cut out strips in different sizes and shapes.

I looked at a picture of zebra stripes and then I freehanded it with an exacto knife that I keep just for cake projects. I used the picture as a guide so that I would not make my stripes too uniform.

Ditto to the link Relznik provided. That's the technique I use, and now I can't wait for people to want a zebra cake! I think I'm going to make one for my own birthday, lol.

If you can't visualize it, look at a picture, roll out your black fondant, get a cutter and start cutting zebra stripes.
