Welcome Stephanie.

It might help if you ask specific questions about what you want to know. It so much to know and so much to learn; you're going to love this site. FYI, this site is very addictive.

Can you take a cake decorating class? I learn so much on this board but it has helped to be hands on with someone to tell me what I am doing wrong.

Good luck and post the cake you have already made.

Here's an in general tip. I learned from reading Wilton Yearbooks--like from the 70's--yeah I know I don't look that old icon_biggrin.gif --but reading reading reading cake books--you always pick up tips. Maybe look on amazon for old books and new books too of course.
