Newbie Needs Translation: Abbreviation Help Please

New to the forum and need help with all the abbreviations

I think I have figured out:

RI = Royal Icing
RBC = Rolled Butter Cream

I think

MMF = fondant

Cannot figure out

NFSC = ???

Please add any others you think I may come across.
