Yay! All I have to do is smooth my buttercream, put the ribbon on the bottom and add dowels and then add the flowers after I stack them! I've come so far!!! MY only question now is how do I get my royal icing roses to stick? They don't have a wire, just a tiny good for nothing notch out in the back. Do I have to use royal icing? Do you have a recipe?

Any royal icing will do..there is a recipe here on CC and Antonia74 cookie icing is also great when first mixed.I use her recipe for all my RI work!!
