Ok I have a question that I hope someone can help me with... Ok here goes.
I have a baby shower cake to decorate and the lady wanted a oval cake to look like a baby in a stork blanket, but she didn't want the stork and she does not want fondant, she wants buttercream. So I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to approach this cake, it sounds easy but when I think of the oval cake it kinda makes it a little tougher. Thanks for any info...
what about chocolate modenling paste? im having a had time seeing it all done in bc!
Maybe the blanket can be done with super stiff buttercream.. stiff enough to be shaped with the hand.
oh, how about rolled bc? theres a few recipes on here.
