I find this:

Buy a sugar work starter kits or review other sugar equipment!

Recipe for pulled sugar and blown sugar::
750 g sugar
320 corn syrup
1 g cream of tartar
225 g water   1 lb 10 oz sugar
11 oz corn syrup
1/2 tsp cram of tartar
8 oz water
Warning: Serious burn warning!! Sugar cooking is not recommended for kids, around kids and for home cooks that have little or no experience in the kitchen. You will get your fair share of blisters.
