My bride walked in yesterday with this photo of a beautiful cake from a fellow CCer.

I have done Mad Hatter cakes but this looks like the cakes are on cake boards and actually slanted, and it looks more complicated than typical Mad Hatter.
The wedding is August 22 and I would really like to practice before the big day...

Looks like it has styro in between the layers. Now would be a good time to invest in Sugarshacks Totally Topsy Turvy DVD coming out in the next few days. I am sure it would be very helpful in this situation.

you should look at sugarshack's blog, she just made one with the wedge's in between the cakes,it will give you an idea of how to do it. it's a blue and white graduation cake.

I agree with the above. Its done with a styrofoam wedge. If you go to sharons website http://www.sugaredproductions.com she has how she did one similiar. She was having problems the other day with her blog so not sure if she got it fixed or not. But Im sure if she didnt if you email her she might just email you the directions. She sweet like that!
