I need the pans to make more so???
I usually wait 8-10 minutes, works for me
You don't want them to cool too much because whatever you used to
"grease" the pans will start to harden and they won't come out so easy.
I usually let the cake cool for 10 minutes. If you greas yeour pans with a mixture of equal amounts of flour, oil and shortening, it will not be a problem if you just have 5 minutes to cool it all off since it will release perfectly
I usually give it 10 to 15 minutes. Wouldn't chance letting it go any longer. 10 minutes is usually the norm though.
