What is the best way to decorate cupcakes with real flowers. The bride hasn't yet decided on what type of flower or what icing she wants. But I need some information on a safe way to display real flowers on cupcakes.
Any help is most appreciated!

first, it needs to be non-poisonous. and second, non - toxic/ organic - no pesticides!
then, the flower shouldnt really touch the cupcake - whether you wrap the stem, or sit it on a bit baking paper. if its stemmed, you could use a floral pick, i would try and skip that though, so you dont leave the guest picking things out their cake. im not really sure on a good practical way to do it, unless you encourage her to pick edible flowers, then you shouldnt have any problems with them directly touching the cake.
are you or the florist going to prepare the flowers? thats a lot of work, so if it is you, charge properly!
xx
