Had a request for red velvet cake with cream cheese filling. I have never made either (could always use a really good recipe recommendation) and have no recipe for the filling icon_cry.gif . Please help icon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

TIA

I use either cheesecake pudding or Philadelphia no-bake cheesecake filling.

This is the one that I use by Macsmom. It is really good!

Mock-Cheesecake Filling - MacsMom
16 oz cream cheese, softened
4 c Frostin Pride or Bettercreme
2 pkgs cheesecake pudding mix
Beat cream cheese 'til smooth cream cheese. Blend the dry pudding mixes into the whipped Bettercreme; blend into the cream cheese.

you can just use cream cheese filling instead of cheesecake filling in red velvet. Cakeman raven's red velvet recipe is the best I've ever tried! I use 2 Tablespoons of cocoa, not 2 teaspoons, though.
