I am looking for Nesselrode, by Raffetto company. I cannot find it in Texas, so I need to find someone who carries it and will ship. I just came across a recipe from my Grandmother that calls for this ingredient. I do not want to make it myself. It's basically a pond cake with Nesselrode filling and whipped cream on top. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nesselrode is a chestnut pudding. The pudding mixes a chestnut puree and a sweet custard (lightened with beaten egg whites or whipped cream), that is poured into a mold, decorated with glacéed fruits, steamed, and served with a fruit syrup or maraschino liqueur.

So are you saying that you need a recipe for chestnut pudding? But you dont want a recipe, you just want to buy it? Already made? I am not sure that chestnut pudding would ship very well....
