Hi Ive opened up my own cake stall in a local market and am getting enquiries about prices for whole cakes. Whats the best way to work this out!?? So I know im charging enough and not under charging! Help! Im based in London, England

Cost of any equipment (cake board, box)
Hourly pay to self X number of hours to make cake (including decorating, cleanup)
Cost of extra's like water, electricity, paper towels, baking paper, dishwashing detergent, etc.
