for a wedding cake. she only wants a 3 tier cake so that leaves 2 tiers for the guests. if i do a 12 and 9 will that be enough?
According to wilton's chart that would be 88 servings and according to Earlene's chart it would be 67.
well that sounds about right then. they are also having a grooms cake. does that count for part of the servings? it would be really bad to run out of cake i told her 375 for both so i don't want to do anymore than i have to, lol.
