I have 2 kinds of cakes: Sheets, which are single layer, no filling, iced in buttercream with basic decorations..... $1.50/serving, no delivery, no tastings.
All other cakes, defined as "anything that doesn't fit the above description, and are $3.50/serving.
I don't get too many requests for all-cream-cheese icing (for filling, all the time). But after my last two, I am adding an upcharge for it. Not because of the cost of cream cheese, which is minimal, but because of the freakin' PITA factor! And hopefully the upcharge will persuade (is that spelled right? It looks funny!) them to go with the regular!
