I'm doing an over-the-hill cake for my uncle-in-law. His wife wants it to be really embarrassing. So I'm wanting to do an ensure bottle, viagra pills and a wheelchair accessible car hanging decal. Any tips or ideas on how to tie all that in? I'm thinking two-tier. Also he is a diabetic so any good low-sugar recipes out there? Thanks everybody!!
