When To Frost Mini Cuppies...need A Quick Answer Please!

Hi folks...

Its late Tuesday evening and I have just made 200+ mini chocolate cupcakes for a function tomorrow around lunchtime.

I have brushed them with simple syrup and placed them all in my cupcake container, with the intention of frosting them in the morning (probably chocolate buttercream).

My question is: Do I place the container in the fridge, or do I leave it out? Whats the best way to store till the morning to maintain freshness...or does it not matter? icon_confused.gif

i would just leave them in the container, the fridge is not a good place for cakes! being in the box will keep them sealed and fresh anyway.

I would leave them out since you will be frosting tomorrow. HTH
