Someone just contacted me on pricing cheese cake cupcakes with cherry strawberry and blackberry topping! How do i price for these....please help!!

They aren't cheap to make, so I would charge what you do for regular cake serving, and add .50 or a dollar....

Off the top of my head I'd say about $4 each give or take,
looking at it from the standpoint of the average plated dessert,
from the information you've provided so far.

she wants 45 of them....

$225 sounds good.

$4.50 x 45 is $202.50 so $225 or so for packaging and keeping them all friged and safe.

Should it be more???
