Here's the recipe I'm using for the filling:

2 pkgs chocolate (or white chocolate) pudding mixes
1/2 cup water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz cool whip

I'm making one with chocolate pudding for a vanilla cake and one with white chocolate pudding for a chocolate cake (or maybe switching them up?). This filling is sooo yummy. I'd like to add a little bit of texture and extra flavor to the fillings. I was thinking of adding toffee bits to one of them, or maybe crushed oreos. Does anyone have any other ideas for add-ins to the fillings. This is for a kids bday cake.

HI NoahLili!

I don't know if I would add crunchy to creamy.  I think it would be too weird, the texture I mean.  Do you have to refrigerate this cake due to the whipped cream you are using?  And can you please tell me how you made your "popcorn".  That is such a cute cake!!

I add Oreos to Buttercream all the time for a filling.  All the kids love it.
