The other day I made a filling I have never made before and I'm not sure if I did it right. I was following recipes from the gourmet flavor forum and it said to add pudding mix to whipping cream to make fillings. I didn't whip the whipping cream first I just mixed the putting in and then start whipping it got thick really fast and not really fluffy. Should I have whipped it first and then folded the pudding mix in or what. HELP!!!
It sounds like you should have whipped the whipping cream and then added the pudding!
thats what I was thinking but I wanted to ask and make sure before I messe dit up again.
