I have made a large batch of the sugarshack buttercream and am thinking I may need to thin it a little. How should I do it?
You will want stiff icing to pipe your decorations, but if you want to thin some down to ice, you can add water, 1 tablespoon at a time until you get the consistancy you want. Some say to thin down with the liquid that you used in the receipe. I have thinned with milk and water. Gives the same results.
