Hi,
anyone know how a sheet cake made with Rich's Whipped, has an edible image, and both chocolate and royal icing decorations would hold up overnight? Its going to be picked up the night before. Its a cake for mid-June and I know Rich's doesn't need refrigeration but I don't want the humidity to ruin it or the frosting to get gummy.
