I am doing a wedding cake and need to put red ribbon around bottom of each tier. I haven't done this before and need some help. What should I do to prevent grease marks from the buttercream icing? Do I iron ribbon with wax paper first? Is there a magic trick to doing this? Please help if you can.
Thanks

lol....no magic trick...I back mine with packing tape or spray it with Pam. There are lots of posts on this, you might just try a search for it.
Hope it works out well for you!
