Hi to all,
hope you are having a great, I need to make a book cake. I have never
made one and have searched this site and the web before asking for help. I could not find a tutorial on how to make a book cake. So Please
if you guys know where I could find that please let me know. Thanks for

I haven't seen a tutorial for a book cake yet....You can do it 3 ways...

1. Bake 2 seperate cakes and slide them side by side and slightly carve the curved pages

2.Buy the book pan which is sold at most cake decorating stores by Wilton.

3. Bake a large slab cake and carve that like a book..Messy Though....

Google "thefrostedcakencookie". It is a great blog and she just did a graduation cake with a book theme. She gives instructions on how to do the book. It seems pretty easy the way she does it. Hope this helps.

Yes (frostedcakeandcookie) has a perfect tutorial I wish I would've found it earlier. Her books look very nice too.
