So was wondering how you do this. It looks fairly self explanatory but I would like to have some instruction or pointers on the best approach to doing this. Is there any good turtorials that I could look at?

You just need to use a diamond impression mat or embosser around the sides of your cake then take a stitching tool and go over all the lines with that. (I just did that last night on a cake - I love the look!) HTH
