I have a request for a cake to look like a meat loaf (for a groom's cake). I know I can do a chocolate loaf cake and "ketchu" icing, but that seems ordinary...any other ideas?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

maybe you could add crumbled ferro rocher to the sides and top for texture?

what about making a board with a platter with your meat loaf and then garnish around it with maybe some potatoes and baby carrots sounds like fun cant wait to see the picks

fondant green pepper rings on top would make a nice touch.

I would put some "mashed potato" and maybe some gravy (caramel sauce)
