Need Penn State Navy Blue Color

Help! I need to make a graduation cake with Penn State navy blue color. Only have access to Wilton colors right now. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I use Wilton's Royal blue to make all shades of blue from pastel to very dark. I don't think you need to match the color exactly. They will recognize you're using the school colors.
