How long does Royal Icing made with Wilton Meringue powder last if left in an airtight container on the counter?

Can't say how long it will last, but I have had it sitting out for about 7 days and it was still good. All you have to do is rebeat it.

I'VE LET MINE SIT ON COUNTER FOR 2 WEEKS AND STILL TASTE GOOD. BUT NOT SURE IF THAT WAS TOO LONG.LOL

According to all the recipes and course information, it can be kept in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
