Ok so I don't know how many of cakers have done this but for the cup of 'liquid' in the original WASC recipe I used a cup of canned coconut milk. Man alive is it delish!! So moist and you just get this hint of coconut but its grrrreat! Next time I think I'll use coconut extract instead of just vanilla for that extra coconut umph! But It's fabulous! Just thought I'd share!

Exactly! thumbs_up.gif

You could bake a different WASC variation every week... forever icon_wink.gif

I've decided my next test will be the Orange Dreamsicle! But I need to wait till my husband won't be home for a few days so I don't have to share icon_lol.gif LOL!

I had to use dannon light vanilla yogurt and sour cream (didnt check to see if i had enough sour cream before i started) and OMG it was great. it added a sweeter taste to the cake.
