A friend wants a Denver Bronco logo on her hubby's b-day cake. I want it to look clean. Does anyone know if I can paint with food colors onto crusted buttercream??

Sure cake! I have done it many of times. I did the spots on my cow cake and skate board cake with airbrush colors on buttercream.

You can do it with thinned done paste colors as well, but I have gotten to where I really like painting with airbrush colors since you don't have to think them down and they dry well.
