I am just starting and rec'd a request for a ballerina doll cake with 9" rounds....I don't have a clue how to start with the ballerina...any help will be appreciated....the cake is due June 6....

Oh I have actually done a ballerina dress. Check out my second fondant cake-- see the bottom tier? I made a dress (just a figure I never used) similar to the technique. Also check my 3rd fondant cake. I made a bodice. You can incorporate the two to make your cake.

Not sure if you are actually going to use an actual doll for the cake but if you have any questions just let me know.
