I am making a double layer 10"x2" cake with a 8" x4" cake on top. I have seen a chart somewhere with how much icing you need for different size pans. Can someone direct me to it? I have looked all over the WIlton site too. I have three batches of BC icing made but not sure if thats enough.
Thanks!

I go by the chart in country kitchen sweetart. It's really a chart on how much fruit filling to use in between layers. I don't know if it would be the same for bc, but I go by it any way.(and since it's bc, I might add a little more; the fruit filling, I'll go by the chart amount)
Go to their website: www.shopcountrykitchen.com and click on pastry fillings. It would probably be under ingredients. Hope this helps.
