I am trying to make jungle animal out of fondant does anyone know of any work sheets or books that i could use please help its for my son first birthday

When I had to make animals last year, aine2's video on how to make animals really helped me. I just started playing with the fondant like I was a 5 year old in kindergarten! How big do your animals need to be? If they're over a couple of inches, you'll need an armature- my wife built the one for my giraffe out of dowels and a wine cork. Also, use lots of gumpaste and make them a week or so ahead of time, to allow them to set well. I used colored fondant for the bodies and painted details.
