I'm wanting to make MFF. I have a silly question the recipe says 1/2 cup of cream, but then in the method it says milk, can you use either milk or cream, and if it is cream is it heavy or single cream?

TIA

She said you can use ANY liquid except alcohol or soda .. juice, milk, water, half & half etc ..
If you check out her website she has a whole page devoted to her fondant and a huge Q & A
