I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to make chocolate curls, what kind of chocolate do I use and HOW do I make it? I totally failed at the melting on a cookie sheet and scraping it up. I am new to the cake business, and I obviously have a LOT to learn- Thanks for ANY help!!!
I just get a big hershey's bar, chill it in the fridge and then scrape the side of it with a vegetable peeler. There's probably a fancier way to do it
