Oh, yeah, I'm getting the coffee ready now! I can't wait to see the answers to this one..

I'm thinking cream cheese pound cake, with a whipped white chocolate ganache.

I know, right? icon_biggrin.gif

You mean use the ganache as a filling? It's a 2 tier cake, one tier filled with cream cheese danish filling and the other with cannoli filling.

Nope, I mean as the frosting. The danish has the glaze and drizzle on it, and it's really sweet. I thought the whipped white chocolate ganache, used as the frosting (and filling if you wish) would take the place of the glaze and drizzle.

Oooooohh, that sounds delicious! Can you cover ganache with fondant? If not, I may do ganache filling along with the other ones! Thanks for the suggestions!

I don't know - I've never done it, but I think I had read on CC that someone does. Let's ask the librarian.

Jan, are you out there?

Does anyone remember whether ganache can be covered with fondant or not?

okay, thanks Theresa and Edna!
I'll do a trial run tomorrow since I am going to take samples to businesses anyway!
Hopefully it won't be cheese overload, what with cream cheese cake, cream cheese danish and canolli(ricotta & marscapone) filling icon_surprised.gif

Cross your fingers for me!

Thanks again ladies!
