Hi everyone I am looking for instructions on how to make a 3-d gumpaste or fondant mermaid. I need to make several for an upcoming event my neices birthday. any and all comments welcome. thanks in advance.

Hi, I don't know if there are any online but there are instuctions in one of Debbie Browns books, Not completly sure but I think it is her magical cakes book or enchanted cakes for children I got the one where they put the two together so not sure which one it is in. They might have a copy in your library or may be able to get hold of one for you. She has a lovely mermaid cake and the instructions are really clear and step by step. HTH
