Have never bought it but a lot of people like Satin Ice.
Me, personally, love to make my own MMF.

I would suggest Satin Ice. I would prefer you get Jennifer Dontz's DVD since she has the perfect semi homemade recipe for fondant. I'm sure you will love it.

What is the SEMI homemade? Either you make it or buy it.
Thanks.

I haven't been using fondant for that long, but so far I have found that the taste and texture of Satin Ice are nice, but even though it tastes lousy, Wilton is firmer and a little easier to practice with. It doesn't stretch or tear as easily. I guess that could explain that chewy texture when you eat it. LOL
